A new take on muffins, this time there isn’t a lemon in sight!
There comes a time in a FatLads life, which Lemon Drizzle cakes, or muffins, just don’t quite cut it any more, which is were the idea for Orange & Vanilla Muffins came to mind.
Maybe it is because I have eaten so many of them, but I thought I would shake it up for this recipe.
A delicious way to use flavoured chocolate, with my best cake recipe to boot.
As I am sure you will have heard over social media or on this very website, myself and the lady went to Seattle, and found a great many mouth watering treats whilst we were there.
I would like to tell you story of our trip around the Fremont market and Theos’ Chocolate Shop.

It wasn’t too long ago that I was telling you about the impressive meal I had in Prezzo, the best Italian restaurant in Belfast by far.
