This one came from a simple request, how do we make a full meal yet have absolutely no carbs in it.

When I say carbs, I mean no pasta, rice, beans or potatoes. Or Bread.

Hummus

a vegetarian classic, makes a sandwich a whole new proposition.

I have only recently got to know the Hummus, but this tasty treat is great as a dip or in sandwiches.

This one uses the food processor to prepare. If you don’t have one, then a stick blender will work as well in a bowl.
